- Share your ID. Open AnyDesk and you'll see a 9-digit number on screen. Text or call it to us at (418) 255-8998.
- Approve the connection. When we request access, a prompt will appear on your screen. Click "Accept" — and the session begins.
- Watch and ask questions. You see every action the technician takes. Ask questions anytime. Most sessions wrap up in 30 to 60 minutes.
- Close the session. When the work is done, close AnyDesk. The connection ends immediately. No background access remains.
